During March-April 2024, DeaLoG Project facilitated self-assessment workshops in all partner municipalities to discuss and assess different areas of municipality-school cooperation. To achieve that, a dedicated organisational development tool was developed by the Project – Maturity Model for municipality-school nexus - to help partners assess their level of cooperation and identify areas for improvement in their cooperation.
In this regard, DeaLoG Project brought together all the partner municipalities and schools to reflect on the self-assessment workshops, discuss lessons learned, and helped them with planning joint measures to progress in their cooperation maturity continuum on April 26, 2024.
