In 2024 In the months of March-April, SALAR International hosted workshops dedicated to community-school cooperation in ten RA municipal halls, during which the "Maturity Model" methodology of organizational development was presented.
On May 22, the DeaLoG project team visited Akhuryan to discuss decentralisation and local self-government with community leadership. The Head of the Community expressed strong support for local governance and readiness for continued cooperation. The team also visited the newly built Kaps school, which recently joined the school-community cooperation format. The visit helped strengthen ties between the local government and educational institutions.
The Deputy Head of Goris community, Irina Yolyan, met with Shane Quinn, the head of the “DeaLoG” program at SALAR International, Varsenik Mnatsakanyan, the Senior Program Manager for the program in Armenia, and communication expert Smbat Ghahramanyan.
