On February 20, 2025, the second annual Municipal Forum took place in Yerevan, bringing together over 80 participants from across Armenia, including local government representatives, officials from the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure (MTAI) and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports (MoESCS), representatives from Swedish Embassy in Armenia, Ministry of Finance, Deputy Prime-Minister office, National Assembly, expert community of Armenia, as well as the experts and representatives of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) and SALAR International.
On March 13, the city of Aparan officially assumed the title of the 2025 Youth Capital of the Republic of Armenia. The DeaLoG team participated in the opening ceremony, which was attended by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan, Deputy Minister Artur Martirosyan, representatives of local government bodies, as well as community residents and guests.
The Head of Tatev community, Samvel Lalayan, met with Shane Quinn, the head of the “DeaLoG” program at SALAR International, Varsenik Mnatsakanyan, the Senior Program Manager for the program in Armenia, and communication expert Smbat Ghahramanyan. The meeting was also attended by the community's staff secretary, Mari Tevosyan.

Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Araksiya Svajyan participated in the "School-Hamaynq Municipality Nexus" conference, which launched by the program "Support to Armenia's Decentralization and Local Self-Government Reforms".
On December 18, 2023 online kick-off meeting with the communities and schools selected as a result of Open Call for Partnership announced back in October.
The mayor emphasized that they would like to cooperate and receive the technical support of "SALAR International" in the process of strategic development.

On February 14, 2023, SALAR international hosted a housewarming event for the Sweden funded “Support to Decentralization and Local Self-Government Reforms in Armenia” (DeaLoG) Project. The project aims at building wider trust, competence, and capacity for decentralization.
The Europe Day celebrations reached the city of Goris, Syunik marz, where SALAR International also participated in the demonstration of the programs implemented within the framework of Team Europe Initiative.
DeaLoG Project brought together all the partner municipalities and schools to reflect on the self-assessment workshops, discuss lessons learned, and helped them with planning joint measures to progress in their cooperation maturity continuum on April 26, 2024.
Through presentation and discussion, the participants learnt international best practice and discuss possible ways of its localization: Contribute to the expansion of cooperation and dialogue between local governments, with the aim of ensuring that local voices and needs are taken into account during the development of the decentralization strategy and road map.
In 2024 In the months of March-April, SALAR International hosted workshops dedicated to community-school cooperation in ten RA municipal halls, during which the "Maturity Model" methodology of organizational development was presented.
